Financial settlement

Telephone advice by GP or doctor’s assistant, appointments at the GP centre and home visits will be charged.

Anyone can contact the GP centre if urgent medical help is needed. With a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), we can record the insurance details immediately. Without a valid EHIC, you can still use the GP centre, but we need to ask you to pay (only by card).

The GP centre will then give you a receipt that you can use for reimbursement from your insurance company. If an appointment is made, please bring your valid EHIC and an identity card/passport with you, so that we can make a copy for administrative purposes. An example of a European Health Insurance Card is shown below:

If you have any questions about the financial settlement, please contact us during office hours (weekday; between 08:00 and 16:30).
Always call the doctor post at:

If every second counts, call the emergency number 112!
